Instructions for Physics Fight Participants

Reporting venue for all participants is the school hall at SNGS or atrium at NJC by the main entrance. All participants are expected to be seated by 7.40 AM.

Participants are advised to pre-load their slides prior to their fight to minimise delay.

While the venue does provide connecting cables to its projector, it is advisable to bring along your own HDMI adapter/cable for contingency purposes. There is no wireless connection to the projector.

Participants and audience are allowed to view other fights or visit the poster presentations.

Teams are reminded to follow strictly to the guidelines and conduct themselves with integrity and respect towards the other team. Teams found to have forbidden communication, e.g. communication with third parties, including teachers and trainers, in any form or medium during the PF etc. will be disqualified.
Instructions for Poster Participants

Reporting venue for all participants is the school hall at SNGS or atrium at NJC by the main entrance. All participants are expected to be seated by 7.40 AM.

Participants are to set up their poster presentation by 9.00 AM.

Teams should also be prepared to present their work to their peers attending as audience members, or other participants. Do introduce your school and team number during your presentation for the audience to take note of your team.

Teams should present for a maximum of 10 mins and allow for Q&A for 5 mins.

At the end of the poster judging, you may join as an audience for the final PF.

The format will be similar to shortlisting. Teams are reminded to follow strictly to the guidelines and conduct themselves with integrity during the competition.
